Marketing Plan

• Customized E-mails will be generated. Targeted marketing with those E-mails will be made in Shaver Lake and the foothills. Just listed E-mails will also be sent to your neighbors, many times they are the best referrals to bring in clients.
• Personalized brochures with color pictures will be made to show the statistics and special features of your home. Signage will be placed on your property with a brochure box attached.
• Your property will be placed on the Fresno MLS system and will be shown to all other RE/MAX Gold salespeople at our next biweekly sales meeting.
• We broadcast email to many clients and agents to show off listings and events. These often result in generating interest in a specific property. Lots and homes are included, with photos and specifics of each property.
• A series of color pictures will be taken of your property. We then organize them in a logical sequence, add captions, add background music, and produce them onto computer CD-ROM's to mail to prospects, give to you to hand out, and hand them out at open houses. These show off disks are a GREAT way to show clients and other agents your property, we use as many photos as needed to COMPLETELY show off your property.
• Some of those same pictures will be published on both the RE/MAX and my personal Website, www.shaverlakehomes.com. With your property well marketed on both sites you have a better chance of having more clients exposed to your property.
• Your home will be marketed to the San Francisco Bay Area, where I am from and still have many contacts. This will help make sure that your home is shown to many of the buyers in that area that are moving from there with large equities.
